چکیده
Bloom’s Taxonomy (BT) is widely used in educational institutions to produce high-quality exam papers evaluate students’ knowledge at different cognitive levels. However, manual question labeling takes a long time, and not all evaluators are familiar with BT. The researchers worked automate the classification process based on BT as solution. Enhancement term weighting one of ways increase accuracy while working text data. past work focused unsupervised (USTW) schemes. supervised (STW) schemes showed effectiveness but were addressed studies classification. As result, this study STW classifying questions using Hence, research performed comparative analysis between USTW for TF-ICF, TF-IDF-ICF, TF-IDF-ICSDF, whereas comparison TF-IDF, ETF-IDF, TFPOS-IDF. Multiple-Taxonomy Question Classification for Category Search on Faceted Information
In this paper we present a novel multiple-taxonomy question classification system, facing the challenge of assigning categories in multiple taxonomies to natural language questions. We applied our system to category search on faceted information. The system provides a natural language interface to faceted information, detecting the categories requested by the user and narrowing down the documen...
متن کاملExam Questions Classification Based on Bloom’s Taxonomy Cognitive Level Using Classifiers Combination
Assessment through written examination is a traditional method but it is a universal test method practiced in most of the educational institutions today. Therefore, the question must be provided in accordance with the subject content learned by students to fulfil learning objectives. However, the process of questions writing is very challenging step for the lecturer. The situation is getting mo...
متن کاملA corpus-based taxonomy of question responses
In this paper we consider the issue of answering a query with a query. Although these are common, with the exception of Clarification Requests, they have not been studied empirically. After briefly reviewing different theoretical approaches on this subject, we present a corpus study of query responses in the British National Corpus and develop a taxonomy for query responses. We sketch a formal ...
متن کاملNew Taxonomy of Classification Methods Based on Formal Concepts Analysis
Data mining is an essential step in knowledge extraction from data. Various approaches have been proposed in supervised classification of data, among them approaches based on Formal Concept Analysis. In this paper we present a new taxonomy of classification methods based on Formal Concept Analysis.
متن کاملRetrieving Hierarchical Syllabus Items for Exam Question Analysis
Educators, institutions, and certification agencies often want to know if students are being evaluated appropriately and completely with regard to a standard. To help educators understand if examinations are well-balanced or topically correct, we explore the challenge of classifying exam questions into a concept hierarchy. While the general problems of text-classification and retrieval are quit...
